What information do we ask for?

The beta-interest form requests name, email, device platform, app interest, willingness to provide feedback, an optional message and acknowledgment that you may be contacted. Inquiry forms request the fields shown for routing and responding to your question.

Why do we use it, and where does it go?

Submitted information is used to review beta interest, respond to inquiries and coordinate requested conversations. Forms are routed through the configured Google Apps Script service. Website hosting and form providers may process technical information needed to operate these services.

How do campaign labels work?

When a link includes campaign labels, those labels stay with navigation across the Continuum and CARTA public websites and are included with a submitted form to identify its source. This does not use cookies, browser storage or advertising pixels. These pages do not send behavioral analytics events or load third-party analytics scripts.

Separate permissions

A website submission does not enroll you in research, authorize sharing app history or create partner access. Any such activity requires its own enrollment and permission process. Do not submit medical records, passwords or other sensitive information in these forms.
